Introduction

At Core Global Training, we are dedicated to offering top-tier credit repair services and primary credit builder cards. Our commitment is to provide personalized and effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the services we agree to provide to our clients and the terms under which those services are offered.

Services Agreement

As a client of Core Global Training, you are entitled to the following services:

Credit Evaluation

We will evaluate your current credit reports and scores as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies.

Personalized Consultation

We will consult with you regarding your individual needs or concerns.

Audit Services

We will audit your credit reports and scores to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, misleading, or obsolete information.

Dispute Advice

We will advise you on the necessary steps to be taken, in conjunction with our company, to dispute any inaccuracies found in your credit reports.

Credit Repair Guidance

We will provide advice on repairing derogatory credit items and improving your credit.

Correspondence Preparation

We will draft and prepare all necessary correspondence to dispute inaccuracies with the credit bureaus on your behalf.

Creditor Negotiations

We will contact creditors and collection agencies to challenge and/or negotiate on your behalf.

Security Measures

We will take preventative measures to ensure the safety and security of all sensitive information.

Credit Profile Review

We will review your credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

Monthly Consultations

We will consult with you once a month via Text, Email, or Phone.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement, without any penalty or obligation, within five days from the date this Agreement is signed. If you decide to cancel, any payment made by you under this Agreement will be returned within ten days following our receipt of your Notice of Cancellation. To cancel this Agreement, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of the cancellation notice to our company no later than midnight on the fifth day after the execution of this Agreement.

Authority

By entering into this Agreement, you grant Core Global Training the authority to do, take, and perform all acts and things whatsoever requisite, proper, or necessary to be done in the exercise of repairing your credit with the three credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) and any other reporting agencies or creditors listed, as fully for all intents and purposes as you might or could do if personally present.

Acknowledgment of Terms and Satisfaction Guarantee

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that if you are unsatisfied with the services rendered despite your active participation, you may not be entitled to a refund of fees. You are aware that you cannot process any chargeback against Core Global Training and acknowledge all service fees paid to Core Global Training are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the service performed, you agree to cancel the service without providing cancellation documentation to Core Global Training.
